Procare Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with strong home health experience to join our team. This position is strictly for skilled nursing home visits — not Private Duty Nursing (PDN).
Requirements:
- Active LPN or RN license in Florida

Minimum 1 year of home health experience is required
- Experience with IV infusion, wound care, medication management, and documentation
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong time management and communication skills

This is a visit-based role – NOT a PDN shift position
